    Hi,

I just watched the infomercial on TV about this Weight Loss Cure and I almost bought into it. I decided to check the rating just to see if people agreed with the dude. I am glad I did. Last month I decided to lose about 15 pounds. So I created my own “common sense” diet. I do this diet once every five years. I am 5 feet 3 inches tall and when I decided to loose weight I was 125 lbs. Anytime that I reach 125lbs (that happened three times in my life so far…I am 29)my body tells me that I need to loose weight. Once my brain is convinced that I am overweight half the work is done and it becomes that much easier to loose weight. The morning that I decided to loose weight I ran for about 5 miles. That evening I was 120 lbs (I think I lost a lot of water and not really fat). So I ran for about 16 days every morning (about 3 miles every day). After running I would do sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, and do 5 pound weight lifting on my arms. I had to stop running because my ankles started to hurt. When I stopped running my weight was 115 lbs I haven’t run for about a week now but I still eat only fruits and salads on the week days and full meals on the weekends. I have almost 0 gm fat diet and limited carb. intake. My weight now is 113 lbs. I will resume running just as soon as my ankles stop hurting. In summary, it has been almost a month since I decided to loose weight. After doing a little bit of jogging and eating mainly fruits and veggies, occasional cerial, and full dinner meals on the week ends I have lost 12 lbs. The take home message I think is that once you start exercising your metabolism increases and at that point you start shedding pounds like crazy. I think that’s what happened to me.
