It’s also wise to exchange your side dishes which might be excessive in calories such as French fries, macaroni and cheese, potato salad and crushed potatoes with healthier meals such as salads (without dressing), fresh vegetables and fruits.

Step 4. Drinking a lot of mineral water before every meal would help you consume less food. This may make you feel somewhat full already, so the tendency is, you will eat less than your regular meal.

Step 5. The wanted results won’t be achieved as fast as you would expect unless you combine diet with exercise. Exercising is very important in reducing your weight, without it, the results will be really slow. You must practice at least 60 minutes of exercise each day and the main focus of the physical exercise should be cardio workouts. Workouts like jogging, sprinting, jump ropes and sit-ups are quite good in using fats.
